We are looking for a “Senior Operational Officer” for Brussels.

Description/profile

We are in looking for a Senior Operational Officer for our IT Operations Team

This role demands a solid IT operations background and proven experience in implementing Service Integration and Management (SIAM) principles and ITIL 4.
Tasks:
- setting up the future operating model
- establishing efficient governance structures
- leading the operations department through the integration of new vendors and management of multiple strategic contracts

-       experience in IT operations, with a track record of leading operational transformations and achieving operational excellence.

-       experience in implementing SIAM principles and a deep understanding of ITIL4  
experience in setting up and managing large infrastructure and IT operation outsourcing deals,

-       Six Sigma certification is a plus

-       strong problem-solving skills and a people-centric leadership style..
