We are currently looking for a “Salesforce Analyst/Developer” for Brussels.

DESCRIPTION/PROFILE

·         Providing support on Salesforce FSL solution (user management, master data management)

·         Solving incidents and problems on the deployed applications

·         Defining use cases and user stories in collaboration with the business analyst.

·         Configuring & Developing user stories

·         Testing the use cases and user stories during System Tests and System Integration Tests

·         Supporting Business during User Acceptance Tests

·         Managing Sanity checks after the deployment in Production of a release

·         Certified as Salesforce Administrator

·         Experience with using SalesForce

·         Experience with in Salesforce configuration

·         Experience with Salesforce customization (Apex)

·         Experience as a Functional Analyst (solution design)

·         Experience with FSL

·         Experience with JIRA

·         Experience in the field of Utilities or workforce management

·         Experience as a Salesforce Application/System Architect

·         Experience as a technical analyst
